How long will it take to get my order?

Shipping Time: The shipping time varies depending on the shipment method you choose. Standard shipping takes 7-10 work days for USA, Express takes 5-7 working days.
How can I get involved in the custom-order process?
- 24hours After order: Send us customized patterns after placing the order, and we support modification within 24 hours.
- 2-3 Days later: The pictures will be hand-drawn and 3D modeled, and you can see the 3D modeling in the computer.
- 4-5 days later: you can see the the physical sample made from the 3D modeling drawings.
- 5-7 days later: you can check the logistics progress in real time while the order is shipped
